Older Theo Wanne / Pillinger Tenor Saxophone Mouthpiece.  I believe these were Ed Pillinger blanks finished by Theo Wanne.  It is a large chamber mouthpiece with a short clam-shell baffle.  Marked, 7*I on the side and tip opening measures .105.  Some wear from teeth, but excellent playing condition.
